Innovo’s Davede Alexander co-facilitated a dynamic and productive Board Retreat for Springboard Community Services, bringing together new and existing board members, the executive leadership team, and agency-wide leadership.
The retreat focused on aligning vision and strategy to propel Springboard’s mission forward in the years ahead. Through engaging exercises and collaborative workgroups, participants shared ideas, established goals, and developed strategies to address key priorities for the organization.

Innovo’s Alli Costa delivered a presentation to the Women’s Foundation of Boston, securing their commitment to support long-term client, the Ron Burton Training Village as they pursue funding for their newest program for girls an “RBTV STEM Journey”.
At Gillette Stadium on Tuesday night, Davede announced the launch of RBTV’s new STEM program headed and staffed by Innovo’s program manager, Alli Costa. The audience included Governor Baker, Boston’s business leaders, members of the New England Patriots, and other friends of RBTV. Innovo’s efforts have already secured the support of Amazon Robotics and the Waters Corporation – and we look forward to engaging other key partners. Congrats, Ron Burton Training Village!
